Dianne is an experienced interim director of change programmes within the financial services, charity and public sectors, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, post merger integrations and partnership agreements.
Prior to becoming an interim director, Dianne spent 20 years in the private sector undertaking director roles in insurance, fund management and international service businesses. She was a member of the executive team at Scottish Provident that created the market leading protection business before leading the programme for the demutualisation of the business and sale to Abbey National. She was FSA approved when Compliance Officer for Scottish Provident and Director of Strategy for the Royal London Group.
During her career, Dianne has managed professional teams in many areas, including planning, management information systems, operational risk and communications.
On a voluntary basis, Dianne was a Board member of Edinburgh based Ark Housing Association for 4 years and is currently a volunteer for the Cranfield Trust.
Dianne has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is Prince 2 qualified.
